Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This policy explains what information is processed when you use Kallistesoft's apps (including Block Daily and HuntExamPrep) and the kallistesoft.ca website. In short: we don't ask you for an account and we don't collect personal information ourselves. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which processes some data described below.

1. Data kept on your device

Your scores, statistics, progress and preferences (sound, language) are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us. They are deleted if you uninstall the app or clear its data.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our free apps show ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure these ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect:

This processing is Google's responsibility. See how Google uses data for advertising and Google's Privacy Policy.

Your choices: on iOS, the app asks your permission before any tracking (App Tracking Transparency); if you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the device settings (Google › Ads). Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), a consent form is shown and you can change your choice at any time from within the app.

3. Sharing results

When you tap "Share", the app prepares a short text (for example your daily score) and opens your device's share menu. Nothing is sent without your action, and you choose who receives it.

4. Website

kallistesoft.ca uses no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log visitors' IP addresses for security purposes. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when they load.

5. Children

Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Email

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We delete these exchanges once they are no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including Québec under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, elsewhere in Canada, and the European Union), you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent. Since we keep no data about you beyond our email exchanges, most such requests concern Google for advertising; we'll gladly help you make them.

8. Person in charge of the protection of personal information

For any question or request about your personal information, or to file a complaint: contact@kallistesoft.ca. You may also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, for example when we add a new app or service. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
